The proposed South Congress Parking and Traffic Management District (PTMD) is advancing toward approval by the Austin City Council.  With the support of the Urban Transportation Commission the proposal is all but assured for passage.  The Bouldin Creek Neighborhood Association has worked with the Austin Transportation Department – Parking Enterprise Division to understand and review elements of the PTMD.

UPDATE from the BCNA Working Group

A critical element of the SoCo PTMD is the establishment of an Oversight Committee with representatives from neighborhood association and merchants association.
